Its purpose is to ensure that companies providing services in the construction industry in Spain meet the requirements for specialized training, as well as workplace safety and health standards set by Spanish regulations. This applies to both Spanish and foreign companies. All companies planning to operate as contractors or subcontractors must obtain registration in the REA.<\/p><p>Since August 26, 2008, all companies intending to use subcontractors for any construction or engineering projects must present a certificate of their contractor registration in the REA. This is required for tasks such as electrical installations, assembly and disassembly, maintenance, painting, cleaning, etc.<\/p><p>It doesn\u2019t matter if you plan to carry out construction work in Spain for private or public entities. <strong>Gestor\u00eda Ram\u00f3n Santaf\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>S.L.<\/strong> accounting office can fully register your business in the Accredited Companies Register and obtain the REA certification on your behalf. The administrative obligations of each subcontractor are verified individually, consulted with the ordering party, and, if necessary, with the Public Administration Office, which has jurisdiction over the execution of works. The registration process can be completed online by submitting the full set of necessary documents. We also collaborate with companies specializing in occupational health and safety at the workplace.
